We have three plating lines within our 25,000 square foot facility: manual hoist rack line, automatic rack line and barrel line. The capacity of our tanks allows to rack plate up 600 sq/ft per hour and 1,000 lbs. per hour on our barrel plating line. Chromate options for the zinc processes include the standard clear, yellow, olive drab and black hexavalent chromates. With the increasing focus on the elimination of hexavalent chrome coming from the European Union and End of Life Directive for automobiles in Europe, Paxos Plating Inc. offers a clear trivalent chromate on all plating processes.
